Welcome to the Amador Senior Center
The Amador Senior Center, located in Jackson, has a selection of meeting rooms, an auditorium and a fully equipped commercial kitchen available for use by both private and commercial business that require a county-certified kitchen.
Please contact us for rental fees and availability. The Center is completely handicapped-accessible with four ADA-compliant parking spaces and over 50 regular parking spaces in the well-lighted lots.
The Amador Senior Center is also used for senior groups and activities during the daytime. Many of community groups use it during the evening and on weekends. Community meetings are accommodated during the day when space is available.

Our Mission Statement
Amador County Senior Citizens, Inc Seeking Board Members. The mission of the Amador County Senior Citizen, Inc. is to support the independence and well-being of older adults, ensure their dignity, enhance their self-respect, and promote their participation in all aspects of community life! The ACSC has current availability for residents residing in Ione and the Plymouth/Fiddletown/River Pines areas to serve on their board. ACSC is a 501(c)3 non-profit and is looking for interested individuals who are committed to ensuring high quality activities, services and facilities are available for seniors in Amador County. Preference will be given to those who have served on an active non-profit board. The ACSC Board meets 10 times per year on the fourth Thursday of the month. Key Board Member attributes include community connections, ability to promote the mission of ACSC, and a willingness to participate in committee activities such as fundraising, personnel, facilities, or marketing.
